Certified Learning Academy stands behind its quality. If you are not satisfied with your course, please contact us so we can resolve. Our standard rescheduling policies may apply.


All of our instructors are certified in the course they instruct. They must complete Train the Trainer programs related to their certification yearly to continue their development. All staff is rigorously vetted before ever setting foot in our classroom. In addition, we have instructors who have real world experience in the subjects that they train and coach in.


All course sales are final. However, learners may request to reschedule into a course voucher or credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued, Contact Customer Service for additional support.


Course enrollment changes (e.g., date, student, or class type) must be requested:

  • Within 7 business days for public open enrollment courses,
  • Within 30 calendar days for private dedicated event courses.

Requests beyond these limits will use the participant’s free retake credit, if available. See Retake policy.


  • One free retake is allowed within 6 months of the original course date (additional fees may apply for courseware or labs).
  • Retake enrollment is subject to availability.


Some courses may have specific prerequisites, which will be mentioned in the course description.


We offer both online and in-person classes. You can choose the mode of instruction that best suits your needs. If you don't see something on our public schedule in the method you desire, please reach out to us.


After completing a course at CLA, you will receive a certificate of completion. Some courses may also prepare you for industry-recognized certifications.


Participants who do not attend their scheduled course will be charged the full course fee. They may still qualify for a retake (plus courseware and lab fees, if applicable). See Retake policy.


Late Arrivals to Public Enrollment Classes: Students arriving more than 15 minutes late to class may forfeit their seat to a standby student. To allow for the highest quality experience for all students, any student arriving more than 30 minutes late to class may not be admitted. Late arrivals of 30 minutes or more, that are not admitted to class, are subject to our no-show policy.


Payment is due at the time of purchase for any class vouchers.


Invoices are issued at the time of contract signature, unless otherwise required by the client. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice or 7 days before the start of class, whichever is sooner.
