This 1-day Agile Fundamentals class is designed for professionals who are new to Agile or seeking a refresher on core Agile principles and practices. The course provides a practical and engaging introduction to Agile values, roles, events, and artifacts across multiple Agile frameworks, with a primary focus on Scrum. Participants will explore the benefits of adopting Agile, learn how to collaborate effectively within Agile teams, and gain a solid foundation for applying Agile methods in real-world projects.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
There is no exam associated with this class. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course. This class serves as a strong foundation for those pursuing advanced Agile classes.
